Talk to a project lead. We take on a limited number of new restaurant projects each quarter to protect the schedule integrity of the ones we are already running. Tell us the concept, the city and the target opening — we will tell you in the first call whether we can hold the date.

What to send in your first message:

• One paragraph on the concept and format.
• City, target opening date, and approximate square meters.
• A mood reference or two — links are fine, we don’t need a deck.
• Whether you already have a GC, a brand identity, or an existing space.

We respond to project enquiries within one working day. Vendor/supplier enquiries are handled separately through the procurement line.
